Protect Day-1 continuity
Make technology separation, integration and TSA exit part of the transaction critical path.

Start diligence before signing. Inventory ERP instances, licences, identity, hosting, integrations, data obligations, cyber exposure and key-person dependencies. Distinguish facts from seller assumptions and identify Day-1 non-negotiables.
Design separation and integration options. Decide where systems must be shared temporarily, replicated, migrated or retired. Define transition service agreements with measurable service levels, exit criteria, dependencies and realistic end dates.
Model the whole economics. Include migration, parallel running, vendor novation, data extraction, application remediation, operating-model changes and contingency. Validate whether projected synergies are achievable without destabilising critical operations.
Govern the critical path. Create one cross-functional plan covering finance close, payroll, order fulfilment, security, data and infrastructure. Assign accountable decision makers and test operational readiness ahead of cutover.
Executive decision. Validate the business case, owner and decision gates. Explore Carlavia’s related services. See the related executive insights below.
