Tell us the business problem. We'll tell you which capability it needs, who would lead it — and what a sensible first step looks like.
Jaroslav Kacina
Marian Hires
Jaro has spent more than 20 years around SAP — first as a consultant, later on the client side running internal IT and ERP teams. He knows both sides of a programme, which is why he is usually the one who says early on what will and will not work.
Today he leads the SAP capability across the group and stays hands-on in the first weeks of every engagement, from the business case to the delivery setup.
